Elite Hospitality Program
You have already given yourself a head start. Don’t slow down now. Completing a two-year culinary program in high school qualifies you to test out of certain hospitality classes within your program! This allows you to continue on an accelerated path to a successful culinary career.
The Elite Culinary Arts program at Sullivan University’s National Center for Hospitality Studies provides students with an opportunity to save money and earn their degree faster while studying at one of the country’s leading culinary schools. EARN CREDITS, SAVE CASH
Skip the traditional class by taking the culinary practicum and receive credit for Basic Culinary Theory (BFS104) and its lab (BFS106). Both courses require a bypass exam that you must pass in order to participate. If you earn your ServSafe Certification within your two-year high school program, you must audit the class. You will qualify for tuition reimbursement for the Food Service Sanitization course (CAM134).
